Joel is the original owner of Advanced Safe and Lock Inc., and has over 20 years experience in the Locksmithing field. He has knowledgeable skills with Skeleton keys, and different kinds of lock hardware.  

Frank Cicha
CFO / Owner
Frank is an RIT graduate with a BS degree. He spent 35 years in the printing and photographic industry.  He was 10 years at RIT, plus started and sold several business.

John Mallette
Operations Manager
John has over 24 years of locksmith and hardware experience. He has numerous factory certifications, and is certified in many areas of locksmithing. Due to his extensive experience in all areas of locksmith service he is an ideal manager.

Paul Schron
Apprentice Locksmith
Paul brings a mechanical ability to the business, and has an eagerness to learn. He is a great addition to the business

John Mastrella
John has over 20 years experience as a locksmith with various diplomas from locksmith schools and classes. He has experience in Commercial, Industrial and Institutional locksmithing.  John is also venturing into sales and marketing for the business.
